Reiki Healing

A gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy practice for clearing, calming, and restoring harmony.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that supports nervous system regulation and physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through light touch or by working just above the body, Reiki works with your natural life force energy, helping to release blockages, ease tension, and invite deep relaxation. Many clients describe it as a warm, glowing sensation that brings both peace and renewal.

Sound Bath

A meditative immersion in waves of sound for deep nervous system rest & cellular healing.

Crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments guide your brain into slower, restorative states. A private sound bath allows for a completely personalized journey, creating space for insight, emotional release, and profound rest.

No longer grown-up & kiddo, we are Yogis side by side.

Grown-ups are invited to give their little ones the freedom to explore movement in their own way. Gentle reminders of our shared class agreements are welcome, but there’s no need to guide or correct how your child chooses to move — this is their space to feel and flow freely.
