Family Yoga invites children and caregivers to explore movement, mindfulness, and connection together. Through stories, songs, and gentle postures, we create space for bonding, emotional regulation, and joyful exploration — all while nurturing the nervous system and soul.

No longer grown-up & kiddo, we are Yogis side by side.
Grown-ups are invited to give their little ones the freedom to explore movement in their own way. Gentle reminders of our shared class agreements are welcome, but there’s no need to guide or correct how your child chooses to move — this is their space to feel and flow freely.
